Regular dropouts during streaming and internet radio in Roon (ref#VLXGGE)

I have been experiencing dropouts for quite some time with both streaming and Interradio.

This happens very regularly out of the blue; it also happens when I scroll in Roon.

I have been in contact with my provider, who tested the entire system and found it to be working correctly.
I am getting hopeless…..

Regular dropouts on both streaming and internet radio, especially when they appear out of the blue or when you scroll in Roon, are a rough place to be. Since your provider has already tested the system on their side, we’d like to enable diagnostics on your account.

Please let us know the exact local time, date, and track when the issue next occurs. That will give us a clear point to check against the diagnostics.

Also to note, we have seen users have a better experience in the past if they change their Router’s DNS servers from the ISP provided ones to Cloudflare DNS, Quad9 or Google DNS. Can you please give this a try and let me know if it helps?

What I also notice is that I constantly have “check for updates” on screen. I deleted and reinstalled the app.
