Remote on Android fails to find my Core

There are some known settings for Orbi.
On Android instead of putting in the core IP address try 255.255.255.255 somehow the broadcast address works, weirdly.

Problems connecting to Roon - Orbi Mesh

Update: after working a bit with NETGEAR Support and some very nice people on their forums (mostly the latter), we’ve made some dramatic improvements. Just want to note that there is absolutely no problem with Roon here, this is 100% networking issues. Netgear Orbi Routers

If you’re making use of an Orbi router, we recommend unchecking Disable IGMP Proxying in your router’s settings. This setting can interfere with the ability for Roon Remotes to connect to the Roon Core.
