Please see @Suedkiez ‘s post for details. I will also copy + paste the instructions below for ease of access:

Go to Support and click the big Get Help button. On the resulting page for New Technical Support Request, click the Start button. Choose the „trouble with Nucleus hardware“ option:

Select your Nucleus model, then choose the „I replaced the SSD“ option:
