I did something wrong with the search option. Normally I could find any album or artist. But since today I cannot find anything. Where can I reset the search option?

Could you provide more detail about what has changed ? Are you seeing a change to the User Interface (eg. Search button has disappeared) or a change in functionality (eg search results have changed) ?
As with most strange software glitches, the first thing to try is restarting the Core and any affected Remote. I blame cosmic rays for this kind of gremlin.
If powercycling doesn’t fix things could you provide some system details which will help mIke and vova investigate further.
I found out what was the issue. When searched there was an option to click: search on Tidal… That does the trick!
