RIP Nucleus+

In 2019, I purchased a Nucleus+. It died within three weeks of my obtaining it. Fortunately, my dealer swapped it out for a new Nucleus+ that worked fine until a few months ago.

Now it is absolutely dead, and I have done everything an owner might do in troubleshooting this problem, including trying another 19V / 3.5A “wall wart” power supply.

Initially, the problem was that my Nucleus+ would shut down intermittently, and it would take three or more separate taps of the illuminating power switch to get the unit working again. That problem worsened both in frequency and in getting my Nucleus+ to power on and connect to my LAN.

Finally, last weekend, the unit died, and it simply won’t power up (the power switch doesn’t illuminate either).

Is this a repairable problem?

FYI, the dealer from whom I bought my Nucleus+ is no longer in business.

I asked this in anticipation of mine going (it’s still fine :crossed_fingers:) but I’ll replace the guts with a NOS or refurbished NUC board when it does

Hope that kind-of helps
