The Roon app will not load. it just spins. I installed a nucleus and its been almost an hour and nothing has changed. it updated but now it won’t load the app. tried to remove app and re download and it doesn’t work.
Can you reach the web UI of the Nucleus? You may need to install an app like fing to find the IP address of the Nuclus. Once you do, just enter it in your browser.
If you added a lot of music it might be struggling to import tracks, or restore from the back can take a while for a large database.
How many tracks and where are they stored?
Might have been helpful instead of just tossing away all the details info requested you filled that in.
What Is the roon remote running on? Do you have another device or pc/Mac you can install roon client on?
Nucleus has no roon interface, only control via remote.
