Hallo, leider kann ich nach dem letzten update auf Sequoia 15.1.1 auf meinem iMac mit M3 Chip Roon, trotz ausgeschalteter Firewall und vollem Festplattenzugrif für Roon die App nicht mehr öffnen. Vielen Dank im Voraus

Not sure if it will help (it often does with macOS 15) but try this as a first step

Roon 2.0 build 1480 not detecting audio devices on Mac mini (ref#LKGPIF)

macOS 15 messed up security settings for quite many people, leading to device discovery issues. Lots of threads about this on the forum. Try this, it usually helps: Navigate to macOS System Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network , and make sure Roon is allowed. If it is already enabled, toggle it off and on again. Then reboot your Mac, and see if the same issue persists.

Thanks for writing in! @Suedkiez is correct in their response above,

Can you please navigate to macOS System Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network , and make sure Roon is allowed. If it is already enabled, toggle it off and on again. Then reboot your Mac, and see if the same issue persists?

If it does, lets test out refreshing the Roon database:

• Create a Backup of your current database
• Exit out of Roon
• Navigate to your Roon Database Location
• Find the folder that says “Roon”
• Rename the “Roon” folder to “Roon_old”
• Reinstall the Roon App from our Downloads Page to generate a new Roon folder
• Verify if the issue persists on a fresh database before restoring the backup
