Roon ARC can't connect to server outside home due to IPv6 issue on Build 1480 (ref#LJRBCY)

The 1480 build can not get my ipv6 address, it says roon arc ready but my phone can`t connect to the server outside home

Thanks for writing in and sharing your report!

A few internal troubleshooting steps:

1. Have you safely stopped Roon Server and rebooted your server machine?
2. Have you given your router a reboot?
3. Can you verify your Windows 11 is maintaining the same IP address via your router settings?

Thanks for reply，I reboot my router and pc multiple times and find out that 104.aaa.bbb.ccc and prd.roonlabs.net need to be proxied. As I live in China, international network can not be connected occasionally. Can you provide domain names that local server need to report my IP to the server? I can add them to my proxy list.

Thanks for taking the time to write in! Unfortunately, based on your status, and if no upstream services are reliable, you may need to try a different proxy service or VPN.

Roon however isn’t equipped to provide guidance on how to bypass state firewall restrictions, but users have gathered useful anecdotes in threads like this: Is Roon banned in China?

I hope this may help as it falls outside the scope of support.
