I´ve removed arc from my phone, power down my phone, restard and reinstall. but arc will not sync with my roon server - allways "something went wrong" iPhone 15 Pro, version 17.6.1 -

Thanks for reaching out to ask about this issue. Is ARC able to connect to your server while it is on the same Wi-Fi network as your server? If so this might be a port forwarding issue. This article can help with troubleshooting that
Thank @daniel - there is no forwarding issue, the server is shown in the arc app - only the syncing issue always comes back, I switched to local network only, server is connected, the same error - thank for your help and troubleshooting

I noticed another Roon server in your profile. Does that server have the same problem as this one?
Another user who had a similar problem resolved it this way. Roon ARC on iPhone 15 not working after build 1353 - #108 by Norman_Spector
I had to re-open my case [which is still open] when this did not resolve it.
