I’ve encountered situations where Roon ARC is disconnected until you restart the server. Ideally this could be addressed, but a safer catch all option would be to have a remote restart of the Roon server.
If the app can’t locate the remote server, how can it possibly initiate a reboot?
The only solution would be alternative access to your home network, and restart the core via a proxy. This is in the realm of #tinkering.

I believe it can access the Roon server, but is not able to initiate streaming. Playlists and content is shown but times out when you try to play anything.
