For users who have reported in this thread with symptoms that do not match the above, we will investigate reports and split into dedicated threads. If you have a new incident to report with ARC, please be as precise as possible and include the make/model of your RoonServer and ARC hardware as well as any relevant timestamps.
Development is making progress pinning down an extant issue affecting a small percentage of ARC users. Our goal is to identify and inform these users through the main tracking thread. The vast majority of ARC issues related to connectivity, however, are resolvable with some adjustment of network settings. For these users, it’s best to troubleshoot in a dedicated thread, given the wide variety of networking hardware, ISPs, and settings involved.
