Roon ARC with Zappiti NAS Roon Server

I am an authorized Zappiti dealer who is trying to help customers that are having issues connecting to the Zappiti NAS with Roon Server installed.
There is no issue connecting to the Zappiti NAS when using Roon through a PC or MAC. However all attempts to connect via Roon ARC have failed. The app sees the Zappiti NAS, but will not connect. This is happening on various systems with different routers and connections to the network. However the issue is common to all.
I have been asked by Zappiti to work with you to help resolve this issue.
