Roon cannot find Trigon Exxceed 50146 server after update (ref#4X6XNP)

It’s possible to have the Roon before this update? Because with the not updated Roon, the server was working.

We unfortunately do not offer the option to roll back to prior versions of Roon in this instance. You can read more about this update here:

As per my understanding, after this update Trigon Exxceed can’t run. Correct? Roon can not find the Trigon server after the update

If you are not able to access the Trigon’s admin interface or OS in any way, even via SSH or a web UI as @connor has mentioned above, you’ll want to get in touch with Trigon directly, and as them if the Trigon is running an embedded Linux with a kernel or glibc version below what 1653 now requires.
