Description of Issue

Roon core started crashing at 11:30am today. Nothing playing, no changes in hardware or network setup. I have rebooted and power cycled the core, but when I reopen it then it crashes again. I have v2.0, build 1193 I think (it crashed before I read it, but it says “latest version”)

Some times it crashes immediately, others after a few minutes.

Thanks,
-jamie

Hey @jamiesmithnc,

Thanks for your patience while we work through each thread. I wanted to follow up here and let you know you are correct in that your crashing seems to be related to the thread you’ve shared. While we work on a fix, we’ve seen others have success with running Roon Sever in the meantime.

Here is a good step by step on how to set this up:

Lastly, I’ve moved a few of your replies into that thread for better consolidation. I’ll close this thread and keep all updates going on the main thread we’re tracking.

Thanks!
