Description Of Issue
My Roon client on macOS Catalina 10.15.2 just crashed after it was using 15,4 GB!! of memory.
Roon version: 1.7 (build 511).
How can a remote use so much memory when all the hard stuff is done by the NUC?

what hardware is this on?
I do wish people wouldn’t just wipe out the requested info thinking its not used…makes one want to ignore the need for help.

Hi @Marc_Pool ,
Is the behavior the same if you reinstall the Roon Client app on your MacOS? I would also set the old one aside (Note: These instructions should be performed on the MacOS Client, not the Core):
Exit out of Roon
Navigate to your Roon’s Database Location
Find the folder that says “Roon”
Rename the “Roon” folder to “Roon_old”
Reinstall the Roon App to generate a new Roon App
