Hi
In most/all local backup software I’ve used over the years, there’s been an option to verify the backup, either as a stand alone function or as part of the backup procedure.
How is this handled in Roon? I see no option to verify backups. Is it built into the procedure itself? I’ve so far only ever had to restore from a backup once, when I moved from WHS 2011 to Windows 10, and it restored faultlessly, but it would be nice to know how (or indeed if) database backups were verified.
Thanks
Michael
I currently have three different backup destinations. At the moment they all run daily, overnight, but your comment about corruption makes me think I should make one monthly, or even three-monthly, as you have done.
Thanks for that…

Love the book. First film. Ahem.
Ach - it had its moments - Freddie Jones doing a Dennis Healy impression, for instance…
But then again, WTF did Brad Dourif think he was playing at?

Fun fact - ‘Dune’is a continuation of what academics call ‘The Epic Cycle’, of which ‘The Iliad’ is but one part.
The Epic Cycle deals with the curse put on Agamemnon’s family for what his father did.
Agamemnon’s family name was Atreus, or Atreides.
