This occasionally occurs with me. Has done for a few years.

Well, there have been several issues for me with Qobuz over the years;

  1. as the OP describes

Technically Roon has not deleted your favourites, it’s just decided not to display them. They will still show if you navigate to the Qobuz section within Roon. Select Qobuz from the lefthand pane and tap on the ‘My Qobuz’ and this will show you favourites.

When they disappear from Roon’s My Library > Albums page it’s a PIA to get them back. Restoring doesn’t work (not always), logging out of Qobuz doesn’t always work.

The last time this occurred I logged out of Qobuz within Roon (do not clean up the library), reboot the server, allow the server to come fully online. Log into Qobuz and this has worked 60% of the time.

It’s odd, as sometimes they come back on their own and Roon just randomly starts importing them out of the blue.

Things that definitely don’t work (for me) is removing them from the Qobuz app and adding them again.

This issue has been less frequent over recent months.

  1. the other issue was removing Qobuz favourites within Roon, they would then reappear.

This hasn’t happened for a good while now.

The problem is back today for me. Tried the solutions and that did not restore visibility. It has occurred more frequently this year than others. I think the last time it happened Roon said it was on the Qobuz side of things with servers, integration etc.

You should open a support ticket as well as I suggested to the OP (who unfortunately didn’t, so nothing was done about it)

This has happened to me. I have raised a support ticket:

The above suggestion is one I hadn’t tried. That didn’t work either.

Same-I tried those solutions, plus logging out of Roon and my computer. I think the last time this happened, last month I had to restore from a previous backup and that “restored” the “missing albums”

I have seen threads where that leads to an infinite loop where it is taking more or less time for roon to rinse and repeat and just delete any Qobuz restores over and over again. In my support ticket roon have asked to see my logs. So lets see what they say. I had a quick look at the logs myself, it looks like roon sync requests to Qobuz are being refused but I may not be interpreting correctly.

When this happened to me I had to go through Qobuz support and they kicked off some stuck job or something like that.

From the Roon support and Qobuz support, it was an issue with Qobuz not with roon.

I’m having the same issue with Roon/Qobuz.

First Roon “deleted” most (99.99%) of my Qobuz favorites.

I successfully Roon from a recent (last night) backup.

All the Qobuz were restored. (At least now I know that I have a backup which has all my Qobuz favorites listed)

Wait not so fast because now Roon is actively “deleting” the Qobuz favorites from my library.

So now I will just have to wait while Roon and Qobuz sort things out and get everything working correctly once again.

Issue has been resolved. Everything is back to normal. :+1:
