Roon doesnt recognise my Tidal account

Tidal doesnt work anymore in Roon.
it is not possible to log in anymore though I am sure my username/pw is correct. So it must be a Roon issue
who knows?

Try restarting the core or in fact restart the whole machine is a good place to start

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble logging in to TIDAL. I’d like to recommend you try the steps below:

  • As @wizardofoz mentioned, oftentimes a simple reboot to the Core machine will resolve this issue and allow you to login when Roon is restarted.
  • Try logging in to the TIDAL app or web player to ensure that the password you are using is correct.
  • Check that your account is still active, as suggested here
