The thing is that when I click on the album in the folder view it shows a playlist I had locally, which I DELETED, and contained the Tyr song I originally posted about.
So…my theory is that somewhere there’s some sort of a residual file that’s telling the system there’s a playlist when there’s not.
I remeber using the AI playlist thing, I don’t know if this has anything to do with it, and maybe the best solution is to make a new clean Roon installation, but also maybe this is some bug or the info could be useful for the devs.
Hi @benjamin If by Library Cleanup you mean the option in the Settings under Library, yes I did.
And also I deleted the playlist folder where I copied the files (It was easier to transfer to USB Audio Player Pro) . That’s why I’m guessing some hidden file or something is pointing the files I already had to the playlist.
I hope I was clear, english is not my main language…
Can you please try to open the phantom playlist and let us know the exact local time + date you tried to open it? I wonder if there will be any specific errors in your Roon logging, we can enable diagnostics for the timestamp and take a look.
Hi @macaumetal,
I tried to activate diagnostics on your account to look into the timestamp you provided. However our diagnostic was unable to complete dure to your server being inactive. Can you please turn on the server for a few minutes or send us the logs. If you would prefer to send the logs please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader.
Hi @daniel As requested I’ve uploaded the log file from Jan 14 when I played the first track of the playlist, Roon is running now so the server should be active for about 4-5 hours, let me know if you need anything else
I was able to review the log file you sent over, but unfortunately, it looks like you’ve sent over a Roon remote log, rather than your Roon Server log.
I’d be curious to see if refreshing your Roon Server database may help, steps to follow below:
