I’m here because I have a client with non functioning equipment and I’m trying to help them solve an issue.
Your comments are not helping or adding to this discussion in any way, aside from adding one more user to the list that had critical issues that were so bad that you abandoned it.
Maybe you should try the NAD support board, since obviously no one here can help you.

RobOK, if you are looking for a rock solid alternative to the CI580, see my post above. I’ve had a 4 zone unit installed in my home for 3+ months and it just works as advertised. Whirlwind
