Roon Essential 1.5 having login and connectivity problems on Elac DS-S101-G

I realize Roon Essentials is not supported here but I cannot get any support from Elac either. Please help. I cannot login to my Tidal account on Roon ESSENTIALS. Did reset twice and still receive Bad username or password error. Any idea why I am having this issue? Yes, my username and password are entered correctly.
