Sorry but I cannot help myself. I will need to ask my Streamer manufacturer as my system is a closed linux based system.
I can try to reach out to them next Tuesday

Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.
Just to verify here, Roon is stuck during the identification process? Can you click on the spinner in the upper-right and share a screenshot of what you see?

Hi Dylan,
Not sure what was happening but after a few days it’s working again. Probably I was mashing up my network, because I got a new switch and cables.
