ROON labs support never responds to emails!

I installed Roon Labs on my iMac using Tidal, the software never worked Tidal crashed. Then I tried it on an iPad pro 11 never Roon worked, the only thing that worked is the payment on my credit card …

I have asked several times by email to cancel and be credited and there is no response either.

What’s wrong with this company?

Hi @Mario_Collet. I’m sorry to hear you’re having problems. As @Martin_Webster says, if you open a thread in the #support category you will be sure to get help.

However, as you have indicated that you are considering cancelling, @accounts have been notified and will be in touch as soon as this reaches the head of their queue.

I have unlisted this thread now as we do with all accounts related issues.
