Hi. I’ve placed a few ripped CD’s (FLAC) onto the internal SSD drive Nucleus One. It plays a few songs ok but if I jump tracks it locks up and says “Starting Playback on your audio device. This may take a moment” but then just blocks out and only way out is the reboot Nucleus One. Not fun. Any ideas how to fix? Thanks.
Did you add/have an additional internal storage device for your music? The one internal SSD always present is for the OS and Roon Software exclusively and not meant to hold any music files.
I do added and formatted an SSD.
You could post details (product name / number, part number, link to the shop, pictures of the drive, …) about the added SDD if you need help to identify a potential scam.
Note: You wouldn’t be the first who had fallen for a too-good-to-be-true cheap offer on Amazon, AliExpress or the likes and bought a scam product. With such a product nothing has to function as you would expect.

Believe it’s totally legit. Samsung 870 EVO SATA 2.5 500 GB. I use this same drive differnt application and works flawlessly.
