Description Of Issue
Upgraded to 1.8 within a day of release with several patches to until now Roon 1.8 (Build 790)?

On 1.7 noted some slowness especially on ‘add to library’ with qobuz. Initially. improved and then worsened.

Patch upgrades problematic. Usually 1+ days before client would connect to server. Each time after a daylong pulsing roon icon, finally a new window instructed me to de-authorize my only roon-server instance claiming I was already was connected! De-authorization allowed access to the server! Usually good speed occurred for a few days with increasing sluggishness. One lifetime license.

Last patch attempted? install has not connected with roon-server yet! Restarting NAS & Roonserver not helpful.

I am already having Roon with-drawl systems. Help!

Follow-up information: I restarted the roon server because of slow-down in searching or ‘add to library’ (qobuz). After restart I was unable to get the client (PC/Mac) to reconnect. Only saw the pulsating roon icon.
About three days or later, I tried again and within 5 minutes was shown:

After the log-in a second window came up:

After de-authorization, my roonserver opened!

These pages have previously appeared but not until several days after a software upgrade or roonserver restart. This cycling behavior of a slow-down in Roonsever speed or software upgrade triggering restarting the roon server seems to be issue. Help

Hi @Hyote_Ignatz

Would you kindly use the directions found here and send us over a set of logs using a shared Dropbox link (or any other file sharing service)?

Thanks!

Dylan - Could you verify my dropbox comprised Roon log folder is available to you? Thanks, Hyote
