Roon no longer loads -Comes up with message "there was an issue loading your database

After changing computer name Roon dissappeared. I have configured my computer to start ROON automatically at startup. At startup ROON screen appears briefly and then is replaced with a message “issue loading data base”. No access to Roon app after this. Changed computer name back to original hoping that it would be recognized. No luck! Computer was working fine before hand.
.
MY audio files stored locally, same computer, different drive as ROON, Access to Music library through explorer is fine.
This a window server 2019 based system
I also run Audiophile optimizer. and HQPLayer as endpoint into a Microrendu Dac Auralic Vega
Also stream from Tidal. Have disabled Tidal. Problem still persists. Before disabling Roon was still allowed access to Tidal Library but my mobil Roon app could not find a device.Should I reenstall ROON on my computer if I can?
Spent a number of hours on computer trying to solve but getting knowhere.

Hi Ian,

Hi @ian_Browne — Sorry for the trouble here.

So we can take a closer look, are you able to access your database and zip up the Logs folder for us?

If you can zip up that folder and send us a copy here, we can get a sense of what’s gone wrong here. We’ll walk you through the next steps after that so we can figure out what’s gone wrong.

Thanks in advance for your patience, and sorry again for the trouble here.
