Album on Tidal not appearing in Roon

Hi everyone, Unfortunately the problems we experienced last weekend with TIDAL data exports have continued this week. We are working closely with TIDAL to get them resolved. Apart from the US TIDAL region – one version of the album is currently available there – we do not have the metadata for I/O in other regions. Peter has been releasing the singles since January. If you go to his Discography and scroll through the singles collection, you can see pretty much all the songs there if you want to listen to them while you wait for Tidal / Roon to fix their issues.

Same thing here… I was creating a topic when I saw this as “similar”.
With the Stones’s Hackney Diamonds there were no issues. I hope this goes quicker than anticipated !

TIDAL metadata sync resolved 08-Dec-2023

Everyone, we believe the issues associated with the unavailability of TIDAL albums for library sync and playback are mainly, if not fully, resolved. You should find that you can now access and play albums in Roon released today (e.g. today’s releases from Neil Young, Porcupine Tree, and The Killers) and in the last two weeks (e.g. Peter Gabriel’s i/o). Note that many of these albums may not be indexed for direct search yet, but should be later on today or tomorrow. In the interim, you can try…
