My Nucleus + is no longer visible on my network … conveniently stopping functioning just nicely over 1 year of ownership. No changes to network all other devices function correctly - appears to be a hardware problem. Changed hard drive but still will not find core.
I have purchased an extremely expensive audio device for trouble free listening, yet a review of these boards shows never ending problems and difficulties across your users.
Please provide details of your return center so that it can be returned for repair.
If you purchased the Nucleus from a dealer, then it should be returned to them for repair under warranty. If you purchased it direct from Roon Labs, then say so here, and Support will initiate the RMA procedure for you.

Ben with the support team here, thanks for your patience while we work through each thread. I wanted to check in on the status of your issue. Are you still unable to bring up the webUI of the Nucleus? What happens if you plug it into a monitor via HDMI?
We can get an RMA started for you if you’re still running into issues. Did you purchase it from Roon directly, or from a specific Dealer?
