We have been unable to reproduce this behavior with our gear. We’re going to reach out to Bryston for further assistance. Is the email you have registered on the forums your best contact email?

Hi @john, I just replied, we can use my email on my profile as mentioned. Chris from Bryston is aware of this issue. Good luck.
