Roon Remote app not reponding next time, when it closes in full screen mode

Hi. I installed Roon Remote on a new PC as I keep the core to a dedicated laptop. When I close the Roon Remote app in full screen mode (without first exiting full screen) then the Roon Remote is not responding next time I try to open (and needs to reinstall). Is this normal? I did numbers of delete reinstall of the app but it is always the same case. Is there any fixes for this issue??

Hi @Konstantinos_Karakos ,

So we can better assist you, please provide a brief description of your current setup using this link as a guide.

Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.

I tried to reproduce this one my end, but I am not seeing any crashes, how are you exiting the app in full screen mode?

Hi Norris
My core is installed in a Dell-XPS i7-7500 CPU @ 2.7-2.9 Ghz/ 8 GB RAM/x-64 bit running WIndows Pro.
This PC I use it exclusively for my Music (Roon/Tidal/Spotify)

The Roon Remote is with a PC I recently built with the following specs
Processor AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core @ 3.6 Ghz/32 GB RAM/Graphics card NVIDIA Quadro P620/500 GB SSD. I use 3 25" Dell monitors.

Both are connected to my router via ethernet

Pls let me know if you require more info

Thanks for your assistance

Thanks for the details, @Konstantinos_Karakos

Can you reproduce this once more and, after it happens, please use the directions found here and send us over a set of logs using a shared Dropbox link.

Hi Dylan,
Thank you for getting back and for instructions.
Before sending you the logs, I will work for a few days by using the enter/exit full screen option on the Roon menu. I tried it already a couple of times and the app does not crashes as you need to exit full screen in order to quit the app. It only crashes when I maximise the window from the top windows tab and then close it while in full screen mode. If this is the case I can live with it. However if the problem arises again I will do as you proposed and communicate. Thanks for your assistance.
