Description Of Issue
The Android device used to work fine as a remote, last week it wouldn’t open. The problem seemed to go away but now it has returned.
Roon tries to open but just shuts down, I have re-installed the software several times.
Details of the tablet would help.
You have a massive problem with Android tablets. When is this fix coming?
Dylan has documented that you are working on it. Been several days now.
I’m a user like yourself. Difficult to fix the unknown though.

We’ll be sure to update everyone further ASAP once more information is available.
Sorry ged…In my haste to identify a scapegoat, I mistakenly took you for a Roon rep. Apologies!

Hi everyone!
We have a maintenance release going live, with a number of bug fixes and performance improvements.
As we continue to push Roon’s graphical capabilities forward, we’ve become aware of issues related to some older graphics chipsets. Over the last few weeks our team has acquired a number of older devices, which have allowed us to better understand how their drivers are misbehaving and work around these limitations.
Today’s release addresses a number of hardware releases, along with…
Thanks,
The Team At Roon Labs
