As others have noted in this thread, joining/leaving the beta program is done through the Play Store, so we do not have much control of the timeframe needed to join/leave the program through the Google Store.
If you have opted out of Beta from the Play Store but are still getting the EarlyAccess version, then we would suggest manually installing the APK from our downloads page until Google processes the Beta program removal for your account. The manual production branch APK is linked below:
