Roon Rock no longer working with my wifi tablets or phone

I reinstalled Roon remote and it is still the same. I even disassembled all my LAN wiring and installed it again and still no joy. I looked at the Rock download page and all Isee are instructions but nothing shows where the link is to get 1.8.

Thanks everyone for the help…today I finally got it working after swapped out my ASUS AC5300 with a Archer C6 router (disabled the router part to make it a WIFI extender), and after many reboots of the LAN it works perfectly now. I have the extender plugged into my Cisco Switch and the switch is plugged into the ASUS router (which is my VPN. The way it is now I can use the Archer for communicating with the switch and the ASUS for WIFI now just for internet from the phone, PC, and tablets. It appears something broke in the ASUS to where the LAN and WIFI are no longer connected.
