Roon says I need software update, but core running latest

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)

Antipodes EX
Version: 2.7
Model: EX
Roon Server

Roon Server Version: 1.7 (build 528) stable

Roon Server Database Size: 2.4G

Roon Server Cache Size: 65M

Ethernet, Telstra (australian internet provider) supplied Gateway modem/router, 1 TP switch between Gateway and EX.

EX connects via USB to Playback Designs Merlot via USB

Description Of Issue

Red exclamation mark top right of screen “Metadata improver:halted, roon needs an update” message. But, latest software running on core.
Has been occuring often, I havent yet tracked exactly.
I also get no Tidal albums come through when I first start app. If I reboot EX it then works. Antipodes says not an issue with their software. I have to reboot everytime I start up or no Tidal albums load.

Hi @Godot,

The next time you see this occur would you kindly do the following:

1. Make a note of the time you see the error
2. Use the directions found here and send us over a set of logs using a shared Dropbox link.
3. Share the link and the time from step 1 here
