After installing Roon Server with the GUI app (Roon), there is an icon for Roon Server on the top right corner, by clicking on it I could choose to have Roon Server started at login time.
After that I closed the Roon GUI app, then restarted my mac mini to see what happens.
Upon restart, Roon Server started by itself, and the Roon GUI app doesn’t need to be launched anymore.
