To be precise, it is probably running on a woefully outdated version of Vortexbox Linux, which hasn’t been updated in 7 years. There is another ongoing thread about this device, where I provided all the information: As @Geoff_Coupe said, contact Audio An Zee and ask them for a fix for this issue:
