I’m using a synology via Ethernet into the Mojave MacBook Pro… I have no idea how to proceed… when I try to start Roon I can’t get past the error screen.
Any Roon @support able to help? So far I’ve had two replies from members…

If you don’t have a backup made, please send us the Logs from your machine using these instructions: https://kb.roonlabs.com/Logs. After sending us the logs, I would go ahead with this process to have a “fresh” Roon in place:
