Description of Issue
Roon will not open., it’s just hanging.
I checked the payment and I am paying for something that doesn’t work.
From a previous post I think you had Roon running at some point.
To help Roon @support team, can you edit your post and complete the details requested for each section.
Also try to give some details as to when it last worked and what if anything might have changed to break it.
When you say it’s hanging, what do you see … can you describe? A screenshot would help.

it doesnt open the homepage
No answer? same problem today. its a Black background with the white Roon logo. it looks like it dosent open to Roon homepage.
Please, share some details on your equipment.
You mean this is happening on your phone?
Where did you install Roon core?
Are your phone and the computer with Roon core at the same local network?
So we can better assist you, please provide a brief description of your current setup using this link as a guide.
Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.
Is there any change after a reboot of the Core or a reinstall of the app?
