Try renaming the Roon library, and relaunching:
Open Finder and click Go in the top bar
Hold down the Option key (or Alt)(⌥) to unhide the Library folder
Click the Library folder
Rename “Roon” folder to “Roon_old”

Hey Mike,
Thanks for trying. After changing the name of the library I still get a message “roon stopped unexpectedly”, then a page of code.
Any other thoughts?

Hi @Jim_Geddis ,
Unfortunately, there is an issue preventing compatibility with Roon when running 10.9 please see:
Hi @Tony_Withers ,
I met with our development team to discuss this. It looks like there is an incompatibility with some of the new features we are using on Mac OS 10.9. The team is looking into options, but they also noted that we will likely need to be dropping support for this version in the near future to ensure that everything works properly as we have a very small number of Roon users on 10.9.
If you’re able to upgrade to at least Mac OS 10.10, that would be our recommendation to get this…
Are you able to update to the latest MacOS build, or at least to 10.10? Once you do so, this issue should be resolved.
That seemed to work.
Thanks for the help!
