Roon has suddenly stopped loading, it just hangs on startup. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it, no change. Worked fine 3 days ago, no updates since then, so not sure what is causing issue.

Description of Issue
Roon first came up and said it couldn’t find any audio systems, I then restarted it and the startup logo just spins. I then restatred the computer, no change. I then uninstalled RFoon and reinstalled a fresh downloads, still no change.

Can you try the following?
Stop RoonServer on the Web UI
Navigate to your Roon Database Location - Database\Registry\Core
Locate your tidal_account file and delete it
Try to start Roon again
Yes, I had done that before submitting the ticket. This time around I also uninstalled Tidal completely and now Roon comes up. Will try to reinstall Tidal and see if it still works. Thanks.
