Networking Gear & Setup Details

1gbps Ethernet

Connected Audio Devices

upboard with Ubuntu 21.10 with USB output to Matrix I2S to PS Audio DS DAC

Description of Issue

After stopping internet radio stream, the usb soundcard stays locked for RoonBridge.
This is not happening when playing local or Qobuz/Tidal tracks - in that case soundcard is immediately (in few seconds) released once the track is stopped.

Sounds all likewise to my ears:

@support any ideas how to get the Roon system to let go of the soundbar faster? It would be nice to be able to adjust this timer in the devices settings in the Roon app. At the very least it would be nice if after I pause playback in the Roon app the polling time could be reduced to less than 10 seconds so the soundbar will go back to default (optical in for TV audio) rather than waiting for Roon to something for 10 minutes.

@Ryan_Eaton - Control + T shortcut instantly releases the audio device.
