Notice the drawing on the right “Schematic”, notice the squiggly lines facing each other… that’s an air gap because ethernet is already galvanic isolated per spec.
I do love the chassis and the massive toroidal supply. I don’t have a toroidal supply in any of the switches I’ve ever used at home or professionally.
