No can do. They’re not indexed for searching. We’re lucky to have playlists at all let alone the ability to search. For years playlists were shunned by Roon…
Anyone would have thought you’d subscribed to Roon to manage a music collection, next you’ll be wanting to share playlists with friends & browse by record labels on Tidal/Qobuz 
Thankfully you can already filter / search for your local playlists in the playlist section, see screenshots below:
There’s also a feature request for searching external playlists on Tidal/Qobuz, no harm in adding your vote / voice there if that’s more what you’re looking for.
