Urgent-urgent-urgent
A major problem has just cropped up.
I just installed the latest update, and Roon is no longer working.
The server has disappeared, and ARC isn’t working either!
So, I’d appreciate some quick help.

Hi @Eric_Besemer,
Whilst waiting for Roon’s support team to follow up, could you confirm if Roon Remote can see Roon Server or not.
I’m asking as I’m see reports the RoonOS web admin page is displaying that Roon Servers is not running but actually (for those reporting) it is running.
Thanks for sharing, other than a speculative reboot or reinstalling from RoonOS Web Admin page (if available) I’m out of ideas.
Let see what Roon say.
· Roon Optimized Core Kit (ROCK)
· iOS
· I can't log into TIDAL, KKBox or nugs
· No
· No, the issue remains the same
· I cannot switch to a different device

Rhein v1
I have done a new installation Carl, no success…
Did you lost connection to Carl?
I’m not really sure what you’re asking, but if it’s about my system… it’s running fine (Early Access on Windows 11) … so not really comparable to your setup.
I’m not Roon, so don’t have access to your system logs, so unfortunately I can’t offer further assistance.
Roon support will see your updates and follow up here.
