Setting up Nucleus One for the first time

I have got into the same loop as described in the Dec 2023 post but not had any joy after pressing the ‘Unauthorise the I-Mac Server’ button. It now asks if I am online ‘retry’. I am certainly on-line as all other access is available to me as normal. Please can you help me replace my I-Mac server and instate my new Nucleus One. Many thanks.

Thanks. Will give it a try.

Thanks, regrettably I remain in the same in escapable loop. ’
You are already signed in. Your subscription allows you to sign into 1 Roon Server at a time’

This sounds kind of normal if your Roon license is still associated with the old iMac, as far as Roon knows. Then you’d get exactly this dialog and clicking Unauthorize should let you choose the new Nucleus One as the server.

Of course, this should work then, and not throw you back. Can you reach the Nucleus One with a web browser by going to http://nucleusone or http://nucleusone.local ?

Thanks for your help all. With your help it seems to now be working on my main end point. I will play around now to see if I can get my other end points working too. Thanks again.
