Just had her serviced and thought better give her a wash to celebrate.
Then thought better take some pictures to prove it😁
Hi RodS, heres a side shot for ya, just getting it ready for SVA and a bit worried about the 99dB limit! Life in the workshop considerably enhanced with a new raspberry pi / hifiberry dac rooned up to supersede the rather naff bluetooth connection i was suffering. Roon adds value everywhere! Cant believe how good an old NAD306 and a set of Bose accoustimass can sound. Not as loud as the Guzzi tho
That is a righteous beast!
Thank you, AceRimmer, I’m hoping it will terrify me
It’s done that to myself just looking at it standing still!
Fear is a man’s best friend😉
By the way, much respect for your 2-stroke past (kawa triples esp) and Cadwell…… what a circuit, Stay safe n happy stateside
Looking great.
I had a Laverda RGS back in 1982 which I had the race pipe fitted. It was LOUD, totally illegal, the police were not as strict back then , and there were no speed cameras.
Now I prefer quiet and a pair of ear plugs.
Clermont-Ferrand towards Aurillac
Set the Nav to Stun
And it did
Gorges du Tarne to Millau
Fabulous days riding
I went and rode it after Top Gear featured it, forget which year it was.(2004 /05ish)
If you are still in the area the (east of Millau) ride across to Verdon is worth it
I was around there a couple of weeks ago, v good
My approx route today - but with lots of extra wiggles
This region is the best IMO
The road north out of Ales and up to C-F is the best I’ve ever ridden - will do that again tomorrow
Yes some great roads round there.
I met up with a guy who lived in the area who was on the ZZR1000 forum and he showed me lots of roads that would not have been obvious if you didn’t know the area.
Wish I was there riding now , much more fun than work
