Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.
Just so I can verify, the steps here are:
- Start shuffle
- Let machine go into sleep (is this the Core or just a remote?)
- Wake machine
- Thumbs up + down are not working in shuffle
Is this correct? Does this happen every time? Are you able to use other elements of the UI or is everything frozen?
