Shuffle Locks Up

Now Shuffle locks up, up and down thumbs don’t work, (MacBook Pro) when waking computer
Need to quit Roon and restart Roon app…

Come on Roon, get the basics right…

So we can better assist you, please provide a brief description of your current setup using this link as a guide.

Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.

Just so I can verify, the steps here are:

  1. Start shuffle
  2. Let machine go into sleep (is this the Core or just a remote?)
  3. Wake machine
  4. Thumbs up + down are not working in shuffle

Is this correct? Does this happen every time? Are you able to use other elements of the UI or is everything frozen?

    Not every time. To be clear have to restart Roon on MacBook, not the core
    Everything frozen
    MacBook Pro on Mojave

This behavior never happened with any of the previous versions of Roon
