Try reinstall Roon package in Vitos manager. Make sure you have a update from Roon settings.

Was this supplied as a Roon Ready product? It is likely the supplier has the responsibility of providing you with support specific to the hardware and OS you are using.

Roon scraped the core partner programme so there isn’t any official lists of supported hardware.It’s not sold as Roon Ready it’s sold as a core server but they have other devices that are Roon Ready streamers. But I agree it’s up to them to supply latest build to their os that works.

Semi-correct. Correct is that it wasn’t worth the trouble, but incorrect because it was never a licensed thing. We just allowed these manufacturers to distribute our software for a time. Given the support burden, we don’t do that anymore. Additionally, we were able to do some serious performance increases on Roon OS (ROCK & Nucleus) that aren’t available on Linux, so these older Core devices are running with a 20-30% performance penalty given the same hardware. No, in fact, it still looks like he’s still distributing RoonServer, in direct violation of our T&Cs. I would avoid this product and all non-approved servers if you want a product that will continue to work with Roon.

Even if in time the distribution violations have been solved – the onus for support is squarely on Silent Angel.
