No, in fact, it still looks like he’s still distributing RoonServer, in direct violation of our T&Cs. I would avoid this product and all non-approved servers if you want a product that will continue to work with Roon.

Even if in time the distribution violations have been solved – the onus for support is squarely on Silent Angel.
